COVID-19 Shipping Impacts

Domestic Delivery Delays

Our warehouses are working around the clock to maintain our 2 day dispatch promise. We are not experiencing any delays with getting your orders out the door, but with so many people isolating at home and shopping online, parcel volumes are at record highs. This means there might be delays in your Dreamfarm order being delivered to you but you will be able to track its progress with the tracking link emailed to you once it leaves our warehouse.

Most of our retail partners are still safely trading, with some offering contactless “click and collect” services. If you would like to find your closest Dreamfarm retailer, please contact your local Dreamfarm office or send us an email via our Contact Page.

International Shipping Disruption

We have warehouses in Australia and the United States, and all of our international orders ship from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

Unfortunately, Australia Post has suspended international shipping to a large number of countries. For those countries that we are still able to ship to, orders are often sitting at the Brisbane airport for extended periods before leaving Australia, or being shipped via sea. In both scenarios we have no visibility on tracking, or expected delivery time frames for our customers.
