COVID-19 Domestic Delivery Delays – Updated 06 August 2020

Our warehouses are working around the clock to maintain our 2 day dispatch promise. We are not experiencing any delays with getting your orders out the door, but with so many people isolating at home and shopping online, parcel volumes are at record highs. This means there might be delays in your Dreamfarm order being delivered to you but you will be able to track its progress with the tracking link emailed to you once it leaves our warehouse.

COVID-19 International Shipping Interruptions – Updated 18 June 2020

We have warehouses in Australia and the United States, and all of our international orders ship from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

Unfortunately, Australia Post has suspended international shipping to a large number of countries. For those countries that we are still able to ship to, orders are often sitting at the Brisbane airport for weeks before leaving Australia, or being shipped via sea. In both scenarios we have no visibility on tracking, or expected delivery time frames for our customers. With this in mind, and in order to minimise disappointment, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend shipping to all destinations outside of Australia, the United States, and New Zealand.

Dreamfarm Shipping Information

Dispatch and Tracking:

All orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of orders being received. Any orders shipping to the United States will be dispatched from our US warehouse. All Australian and International orders will be dispatched from our Australian Warehouse.

  • Shipping to Australia: Australia Post will email you a tracking code once your order has shipped. All orders within Australia require a signature on delivery by default. Alternatively, you may provide authority to leave your delivery unattended by stating so in the Order Notes field during checkout.
  • Shipping to United States: We will email you a FedEx tracking link once your order has shipped. All orders within the United States require a signature on delivery by default. FedEx is unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.
  • Shipping to International: International orders are shipped via Australia Post. No tracking codes are provided. You may also be liable for any customs import quotas, fees, taxes, VAT charges, permits or other local charges. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies can vary widely from country to country, so we suggest that you check local laws & requirements before placing your order. Dreamfarm will not be liable for any custom or import duties. All orders will be marked as gifts however any additional fees charge are beyond our control.
