Nobody needs an excuse to eat bacon, but today is International Bacon Day, yes we are not making it up. We decided to celebrate International Bacon Day by cooking up some bacon jalapeño poppers, deliciously cheesy, with a sweet spicy tang wrapped in crispy baked bacon. We hope you enjoy them us much as we did.
Middle bacon rashers
- Cut your Jalapeños in half and deseed them
- Cut your mozzarella into fat sticks, into the length of your peppers
- Cut your bacon into thin long strips
- Place your mozzarella sticks into your peppers and wrap with bacon strips
- Bake on 200°c for 30 minutes
