At Dreamfarm we love our products and we want you to love them too; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can bring it back. We also understand that some items can be deemed unsuitable after purchase. In either case, we like to hear from you via email first that way we can discuss the issue and work out the best solution. You can drop us a line at [email protected]. You can also email us with any questions you may have regarding your Dreamfarm product, it doesn’t have to relate directly to returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges can be made at any one of our stockists, or via post after initial contact with head office. Please contact customer service if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online though Dreamfarm.com.
If you wish to cancel an order placed please contact us directly at [email protected] explaining the reason for the cancellation and we will do our best to resolve your request. We cannot guarantee that all transactions can be cancelled in full due to shipping and processing charges.
Some Dreamfarm stockists may have individual return policies and as such we recommend that you contact them directly should you wish to return the item from the original place of purchase.
