Shipping Information

Dispatch and Tracking

All orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of orders being received. Any orders shipping to the United States will be dispatched from our St Peters, MO warehouse. All Australian and International orders will be dispatched from our Brisbane, Australia Warehouse.

• Shipping to Australia: Australia Post will email you a tracking code once your order has shipped. All orders within Australia require a signature on delivery by default. Alternatively, you may provide authority to leave your delivery unattended by stating so in the Order Notes field during checkout.
• Shipping to United States: We will email you a tracking link once your order has shipped.
• Shipping to International: International orders are shipped via Australia Post. No tracking codes are provided. You may also be liable for any customs import quotas, fees, taxes, VAT charges, permits or other local charges. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies can vary widely from country to country, so we suggest that you check local laws & requirements before placing your order. Dreamfarm will not be liable for any custom or import duties. All orders will be marked as gifts however any additional fees charge are beyond our control. UK buyers should make themselves aware of the relatively new limits that have been put in place by visiting the Government website HERE.
• Returns for Non-Delivery: If your parcel is returned to us for non-delivery or non-collection due to import taxes etc, Dreamfarm will process a refund automatically and deduct the shipping fee incurred for delivery to your location.
